Personal Coaching is available to those enrolled in the Mindfulness At Work Course. These 1 hour video coaching calls provide personal guidance and support for developing and sustaining your mindfulness practice.
When we feel overwhelmed, escape often feels like the only solution. This short course helps you manage these difficult moments and is an excellent introduction to informal mindfulness methods that reduce stress in work and life.
